eMNGma

A Windows 95/98/NT utility that allows you to create tomorrows animations today. Create and edit the new Multiple-Image Network Graphics, endorsed by the PNG-group, resulting in animation files that are amazingly smaller than comparable GIF's.

eMNGma lets you create animation objects and store them for easy maintenance later. No need to rebuild or work with frame-like tools. eMNGma gives you the tools to manipulate your animation objects and recreate your MNG animation automatically. MNG files are smaller than GIF and will thus result in faster download from web-sites. And while you're editing your animation, eMNGma let's you preview the result on the fly.
